Happy Birthday Life + Limb

Life + Limb

It was just a year ago that graphic designer Molly Quan launched Life + Limb (1716 E Burnside), her stylish plant/design-for-home shop hybrid on Portland’s Eastside. Tonight, November 14 she celebrates Life + Limb’s one year anniversary with a party from 6-9 PM with wine, snacks, and a 20% off sale of everything in store but the art on the walls.

“I’ve always been drawn to plants that were more unusual, and that turned into a gravitation toward succulents,” says Quan. “I love aloes, all kinds (I don’t carry aloe vera because it’s so common) and agaves, all kinds. I handpick them all, but there are very few from local growers.” Which means you’ll find more raries in and among the killer pots and planters, objets, and books.

We were particularly enamored of the studio pottery and reproduction bullet planters which make us feel nostalgic. See you there.
