One of a handful of directional boutiques in Portland, Le Train Bleu with Bria Phillips at the helm has for years now delivered its clearly defined vision of the understated statement. Nothing everyday about it, most of these are labels carried nowhere else in Portland. On the heels of being featured as Lucky online’s Boutique of the Week and regionally profiled in the Changing Room Magazine, Le Train Bleu is moving to 1905 NW 26th where it does its booming online business.
