Kari Merkl makes art and object in Portland. You’ve seen her furniture at ShowPDX, the MoMA store carries her beautiful, glowing resin cube lights. We were taken with these sofas (cold rolled steel, euro-ply wood, and wool) she recently did for Portland’s Porteon.
