Portland-based Michelle Decourcy has built a loyal following for her feminine print dresses, coats and separates that she sells from her Pearl District boutique. The Decourcy aesthetic starts with the breezy, can’t-go-wrong occasion dress, follows on with polished jackets (brocade evening coats to trenches to tweeds, depending on the season), and goes from there. We loved her red, princess seam jacket with its standaway collar and covered buttons for fall. Tonight at Portland Fashion Week, we’ll see what she gets up to for spring.
