We’ve been meaning to show those of you who haven’t yet been there, the extraordinary interior of jáce gáce (2045 SE Belmont), the beer and waffle palace on SE Belmont. The space was designed and executed by the owners Nathan Gibson, Ryan Kosel, and Jason Rens. You’ll recall this is the former space of the Portland Art Center. Have some fun guessing at the pronunciation of jáce gáce while you consider your Belgian waffle options from sweet to savory.
