N Mississippi does the social thing this evening, Thursday, August 9…the Mississippi Social means shops up and down the row are open, sale-ing, and celebrating. Of note, Blue is celebrating its one-year anniversary with a sale from 7-9 PM. Black Wagon, the store for kids who are cooler than their parents ever were or will be, is also having a year-anniversary party. Amalee is doing champagne and 10% off anything in the store full of accessibly-price, femme pieces at one end of N Mississippi (around the corner from Pin Me) while Sameunderneath holds court (previewing its fall collection for men and women) at the north end (around the corner from Fresh Pot on Shaver). Flutter is doing longer hours from 5-9 with 15% off their eclectic collection of objects.
