Not busy today? Why not write a treatment for 24HRS, a YSL/SHOWstudio film that Nick Knight is doing for/with Stefano Pilati at YSL. The trick is, the deadline is tomorrow. They’ve received 80 submissions so far and you can read some of them at the SHOWstudio project site. The submissions we saw were Very Traditional so we thought we could persuade one of you to drop everything, maybe pull an all-nighter if necessary, and knock their socks off.
On his blog, Knight comments that he’s been watching Maya Deren for inspiration which ticked him up several notches in our esteem. If only any of the treatments the 80 have submitted had anything to do with Deren’s experimentalism.
