Cut + Paste Live Design Tournament To Come To PDX
According to pdxMindShare, Cut + Paste, the live design tournament will be coming to Portland in 07, July 7th to be exact. Cut + Paste is a head-to-head competition in front of a live audience in which eight designers throw down before a five-judge panel. Don’t like to work with someone lookin’ over your shoulder? Try hundreds of somebodies watching your every move live on giant screens hooked up to your Wacom Cintiq interactive pen display, your Apple PowerMac G5. You could sing that Queen/David Bowie song now (and we’re sorry if Vanilla Ice wrecked the bass line for you…us too).
A Call for Entries for designer auditions goes out on April 16th. Sometime before then the website should have details.
