Forbes Recognizes Armory Among Greenest

Forbes Magazine writer Hannah Clark includes the Gerding Theater at the Armory in a list of America’s greenest buildings. And yes, non-Portland architect Charles Rose who will be doing work for Oregon College of Art and Craft, sneered that it’s easy to be green in our milder climate in an interview with Randy Gragg in the Oregonian, but we love the Armory and what it stands for as a green civic project just the same. Kudos to all of the partners including GBD Architects and Green Building Services.
