The Ace Hotel may not be opening their PDX outpost until the new year, but they’re already stirring up good trouble
If you spied something happening at the corner of SW 10th and Stark and guessed that it might have something to do with the Ace Hotel’s makeover of The Clyde, you’d be right. This Friday, for example, Ace Hotel is collaborating with DC Shoes to host a launch party for the ARKLEON at the space they’re calling The Cleaners (403 SW 10th Avenue)…does the name feel a little Harvey Keitel to you too? The ARKLEON is a collaborative project DC is doing with Arkitip to produce the Michael Leon (Commonwealth Stacks) shoe. It goes down Friday, October 13 from 7-10 PM with “drinks, music, lava [!], and smoke.”
