Intelligent Design is hosting a sort-of trunk show for esque design tonight from 6-9 PM with a preview of the 06 line as well as 20% off selected items. If you haven’t been under a rock for the last year, you know Andi Kovel’s work. Her fabulous blown-glass mirrored antlers hang in the bar of the Doug Fir, the space designed by her brother Jeff of Skylab. esque design glass works is Kovel’s partnership with Justin Parker. They do custom projects for clients like East and Lenny Kravitz as well as design a line of extraordinary glasswear for the home. Fun small-world fact: Intelligent Design’s new-ish home is the Jeff Kovel-designed building at SW 12th and Alder.
