Perhaps you know that Stella Farina, late the Executive Director of the pdx fashion incubator, is now General Manager of Bishop’s. Apparently the organization is poised for big expansion. It won’t mean a better haircut for you, maybe, but it will mean a shorter walk. More=merrier. Now if they could just send a gal over to cut us while we’re working….
